Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process room service orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and courteously, maintaining presentation standards.
- Set up trays and trolleys elegantly and efficiently, ensuring all necessary condiments and utensils are included.
- Present bills to guests and handle payments accurately, adhering to company financial procedures.
- Clear used trays and dishes from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service pantry, equipment, and serving areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front desk staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring food safety standards are met.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably room service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
