Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatching.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes, schedules, and carrier selections to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and delivery personnel, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
- Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues efficiently.
- Analyze logistics data to identify performance trends, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Manage and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and other logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the warehouse and during delivery operations.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics operations, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and delivery coordination.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
