Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided, handling inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Manage inventory effectively, including receiving, stocking, rotation, visual merchandising, and stock control to minimize shrinkage.
- Implement and enforce all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Achieve sales targets, operational KPIs, and contribute to the store's profitability.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage product returns or damages.
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance to store management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in inventory management practices and systems.
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and POS systems.

- Proficiency in English, French, and Mauritian Creole.
