Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and features, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Provide post-implementation support and analysis to ensure solutions are effectively adopted and achieve desired outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, BRDs).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
