Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack food products into designated containers, boxes, or pallets according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing.
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP, GMP).
- Label and seal packages correctly, ensuring all product information is accurate and legible.
- Assist with inventory management by correctly documenting packed items and materials used.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and food handling.
