Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for building lasting client relationships? Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, primarily focusing on talent acquisition solutions for a diverse range of clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and effectively positioning Career.zycto’s offerings to help them achieve their strategic hiring goals. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise within a supportive, innovative, and entirely remote environment, contributing directly to our mission of connecting top talent with leading organizations. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal generation and contract negotiation, while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives related to talent acquisition.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings to effectively position Career.zycto’s solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in a remote environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a robust sales pipeline independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- High level of comfort with technology and virtual collaboration tools.
