Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an organized, up-to-date document control system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all records.
- Process, distribute, and archive all incoming and outgoing project documentation, technical drawings, and administrative records.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures and policies in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Perform quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to formatting guidelines.
- Assign and track document numbers, revisions, and distribution lists.
- Facilitate document reviews, approvals, and sign-offs among project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and intellectual property.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to document status and progress.
- Support audit activities by providing readily available and accurate documentation.
- Utilize document management software and other digital tools effectively for daily tasks.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
