Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group academic support to students across various subjects and grade levels.
- Assist lead teachers in preparing and organizing classroom materials, visual aids, and learning resources to enhance instruction.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment conducive to student growth and engagement.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate observations and insights effectively to teachers.
- Support students with special needs or learning challenges, implementing strategies under teacher guidance.
- Assist with essential administrative tasks such as record-keeping, grading support, and distribution of educational materials.
- Collaborate proactively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective academic support strategies.
