Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of insurance claims accurately and efficiently, adhering strictly to established guidelines and service level agreements.
- Thoroughly review claim forms and all supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and validity before processing.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain claims data in the company's proprietary systems with meticulous attention to detail.
