Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in designated hospitality areas (e.g., front office, food & beverage, housekeeping) to ensure efficiency and high standards.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating needs.
  • Monitor service quality and operational procedures, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling staff and managing shifts to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to labor budgets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to staff development through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
