Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow during all shifts.
  • Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, to maintain high standards of service.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, breaks, and task assignments to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address feedback, and resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and order placement for front-of-house supplies.
  • Handle cash management, process payments, and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to tables.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, service goals, and address any operational updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of enhanced service protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment at all times.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivation and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
