Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and provide efficient luggage assistance to and from their rooms.
- Assist with seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Offer comprehensive information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Handle special guest requests, such as arranging taxis or delivering messages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby and entrance areas.
- Safely store and retrieve guest luggage, adhering to security protocols.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security teams.
- Assist with loading and unloading group luggage for events.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist guests during incidents.
- Support other operational duties as required for smooth hotel functioning.
