Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and provide efficient luggage assistance to and from their rooms.
  • Assist with seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Offer comprehensive information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
  • Handle special guest requests, such as arranging taxis or delivering messages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby and entrance areas.
  • Safely store and retrieve guest luggage, adhering to security protocols.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security teams.
  • Assist with loading and unloading group luggage for events.
  • Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist guests during incidents.
  • Support other operational duties as required for smooth hotel functioning.
