Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence management, respecting their privacy and dignity.
- Support clients with their evening routines, such as preparing light meals or snacks, administering medication (following training), and preparing for bedtime.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversation and ensuring clients feel safe and comfortable.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the care manager.
- Maintain accurate and detailed care records, adhering to company policies and CQC regulations.
- Assist with light household tasks to ensure a comfortable and tidy environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.

- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
