Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding support.
- Source potential candidates using various channels (social media, databases, job boards).
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and project-based work as needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
