Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and manage property budgets, financial forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee lease administration, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance.
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure high standards.
- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to preserve asset value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial property management.
- Strong financial literacy, including budgeting and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP RE).
- Thorough understanding of German real estate law and regulations.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
