Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions to students across various age groups and academic levels.
- Tailor teaching methods and materials to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
- Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students understand challenging concepts, complete homework, and prepare for exams.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and interactive online learning environment.
- Develop and prepare relevant lesson plans, exercises, and assessments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with students and, where appropriate, parents/guardians regarding student performance and goals.
- Adhere to scheduled tutoring sessions and ensure punctuality.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices relevant to subjects taught.
Required Skills
