Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team leads in planning, coordinating, and delivering youth engagement programs and activities.
- Support the facilitation of group sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Engage directly with young people, providing mentorship, guidance, and active listening.
- Help monitor the progress and well-being of participants, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of individual support plans for young people.

- Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
