Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small team of care assistants during weekend shifts.
- Oversee the implementation of individualised care plans, ensuring client dignity and well-being.
- Provide direct personal care, medication administration, and mobility support as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and external professionals during weekends.
- Assist with care plan reviews and updates, reporting any changes in client condition.
- Mentor and support new care staff, facilitating their integration and professional development.
- Manage and coordinate weekend schedules and rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Required Skills
- Minimum 18 months experience in a care setting (e.g., residential, home care, nursing home).
