Job Description

Concentrix is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Bacolod. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and services.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs and market opportunities.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize product backlog and work closely with engineering and design teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Lead product launches, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in digital product management.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in a BPO or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products through their lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA.

  • Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager).
