Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Agriculture Technicians in daily field operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of irrigation systems.
- Learn and apply basic pest and disease identification and management techniques under supervision.
- Aid in the collection of soil, water, and plant samples for analysis.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Record and document essential data related to crop growth, yield, and environmental conditions.
- Follow strict health, safety, and environmental protocols at all times.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance agricultural knowledge and skills.
- Perform general upkeep and cleaning of agricultural equipment and work areas.
