Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Agriculture Technicians in daily field operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
  • Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of irrigation systems.
  • Learn and apply basic pest and disease identification and management techniques under supervision.
  • Aid in the collection of soil, water, and plant samples for analysis.
  • Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools safely and effectively.
  • Record and document essential data related to crop growth, yield, and environmental conditions.
  • Follow strict health, safety, and environmental protocols at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance agricultural knowledge and skills.
  • Perform general upkeep and cleaning of agricultural equipment and work areas.
