As our Sales Executive, you will be the face of Career.zycto, engaging with diverse businesses to understand their unique needs and presenting tailored solutions that deliver real value. Your day will blend strategic planning for B2B accounts, including prospecting, cold calling, and delivering compelling presentations, with hands-on field visits to our valued retail partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new B2B clients through strategic outreach, networking, and cold calling.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring maximum product placement and promotional effectiveness.
  • Conduct on-site visits and presentations to prospective clients and existing partners across the Cardiff and surrounding regions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for both B2B and retail channels.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for diverse business needs and market segments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for Career.zycto and its clients.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine offerings and create compelling sales materials.
  • Represent Career.zycto at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and/or field sales, demonstrating consistent target achievement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product/service offerings.
  • Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling solutions within the technology, telecommunications, or business services sector.
  • Prior experience in managing retail channel partnerships or merchandising.
  • Familiarity with the Cardiff and wider South Wales business landscape.
  • Fluency in Welsh is a plus, though not essential.
