Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding visa interview requirements and common questioning patterns.
- Conduct mock visa interviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching on communication techniques and confidence.
- Help clients organize and review supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for their interview.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various visa types, immigration policies, and interview best practices.
- Document client interactions and progress accurately within our internal systems.
- Provide empathetic support and reassurance to clients, addressing their concerns and anxieties.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to identify client-specific challenges and tailor preparation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
