Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, extraction, and transformation of data from various sources to support BI initiatives.
- Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
- Support senior analysts in the development and maintenance of recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
- Generate ad-hoc reports to answer specific business questions and provide timely insights.
- Help to document data definitions, data sources, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve data-related issues and improve data infrastructure.
- Participate in training sessions and actively learn new BI tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Provide basic support to end-users on how to access and interpret BI reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Intelligence unit.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic functions).

Preferred Qualifications
