Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and change logs.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, team members, and external vendors.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to relevant parties.
- Identify and report potential project risks and issues, assisting in their resolution.
- Support the creation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage project-related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with quality control and assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting.
