Career.zycto is actively seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join a dynamic team, providing exceptional window cleaning services across a variety of commercial and residential properties in the Cowbridge and wider Cardiff area. This isn’t just about cleaning; it’s about delivering sparkling results while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine appearance of windows, ensuring client satisfaction through your attention to detail and efficient work ethic. Your day will involve tackling diverse challenges, from ground-level panes to multi-story facades, utilising a range of equipment including water-fed poles, squeegees, ladders, cherry pickers, and potentially abseiling (rope access) gear for high-rise projects. We are looking for someone who is not only proficient in various cleaning techniques but also possesses an in-depth understanding of health and safety regulations pertinent to working at height and using specialised equipment.
This role demands a physically fit individual with a strong head for heights and an unwavering commitment to safety protocols. You will be expected to conduct pre-site inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll interact directly with clients, colleagues, and members of the public, always representing the company with professionalism and courtesy. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding results and thrive in an environment where your skills are recognised and developed, this could be your next exciting career step.
