Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, implementation, and review of personalized care plans for clients.
- Manage and supervise a team of Home Support Workers, including scheduling, performance management, and ongoing support.
- Conduct regular client assessments and quality assurance visits to ensure high standards of care delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant care regulations, company policies, and CQC standards.
- Handle client and staff queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the recruitment, induction, and training of new Home Support Workers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required to provide out-of-hours support.
- Champion a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the home care sector.
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in care provision.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in care planning, risk assessment, and incident management.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, especially with a flexible schedule.
- Proficient in using care management software and general IT applications.

- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
