Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines across assigned retail locations.
- Ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability to maximize sales.
- Execute promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal changes accurately and on time.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness, identify opportunities, and resolve issues.
- Gather feedback from store staff and customers to inform merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data and merchandising reports to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
- Train retail staff on merchandising standards and product knowledge when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within retail display areas.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual display.
- Proven ability to create engaging and commercially effective product displays.
- Strong understanding of retail principles, consumer buying behavior, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic inventory management and stock rotation practices.
