Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Machine Operators with machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Load raw materials into machinery and unload finished products, ensuring correct positioning and handling.
  • Monitor machine operations to identify potential issues and report them promptly to supervisors.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping and safety protocols.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Assist with routine machine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubrication, under supervision.
  • Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and potential challenges.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and embrace opportunities for skill development and cross-training.
