Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for Online Sales to lead our e-commerce operations in Lamu County. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvements to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO, to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Manage online customer service, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a small team dedicated to online sales and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the physical store team to ensure inventory accuracy and seamless integration between online and offline channels.
  • Identify new e-commerce trends and technologies to keep Career.zycto competitive in the online retail space.
  • Prepare regular reports on online sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer feedback for management review.

Required Skills
