Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in rooms, ensuring all items are correctly stocked and presented.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction with cleanliness and comfort.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in rooms or public areas to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a neat and organized work cart and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Attend all training sessions and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Uphold the company's commitment to guest privacy and security at all times.
- Inspect and ensure all appliances, fixtures, and furniture are in good working order and appearance.
