Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of individualised care plans under the guidance of senior staff.
- Shadow and learn to supervise and mentor a small team of care workers, providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
- Monitor the quality of care provided, ensuring adherence to Career.zycto's standards and CQC regulations.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to discussions on care delivery and service improvement.
- Help manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care.
- Act as an initial point of contact for care staff queries and minor issues, escalating to senior management as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and administrative documentation.
- Contribute to risk assessments and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
- Engage in continuous professional development, attending all mandatory training and seeking opportunities for growth.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment within the care team.
