This is an opportunity to make a profound impact, shaping positive experiences and outcomes for individuals living with dementia, ensuring they receive uninterrupted, person-centred care that upholds their individuality and preferences.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership position, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrates unwavering empathy and patience. Your ability to mentor, motivate, and provide ongoing support to your night team will be essential in fostering a cohesive, high-performing, and resilient night staff. You will be instrumental in promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence, ensuring all team members are up-to-date with best practices in dementia care. If you are committed to upholding outstanding care standards, possess robust clinical skills, and are ready to contribute to a genuinely supportive care community where every night brings the opportunity to provide exceptional, dignified care, we encourage you to apply. Join Career.zycto and lead with purpose, transforming night-time care into a period of consistent comfort, security, and well-being for our cherished residents and peace of mind for their families.
