Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including setting up and clearing tables, taking orders, and serving guests.

- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
- Process payments and manage cash handling with accuracy and integrity, reconciling daily transactions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (minimum 1 year preferred).
