Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all kitchen areas and equipment adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Support in the plating and presentation of dishes under the direction of the culinary team.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies to minimize waste.
