Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selection.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving and display areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Actively promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
