Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents using CRM systems.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative (minimum 1 year).
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
