Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ad Manager to join our growing team in Cookstown. This pivotal role will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our clients’ social media and paid search advertising campaigns. As an Ad Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Create compelling ad copy, visual assets, and landing page recommendations to drive high conversion rates.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and provide detailed reports on key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
- Proactively identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within allocated spend and achieve target KPIs.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Proven expertise in social media advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and ad copy creation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Demonstrable experience with budget management and ROI optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
