Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and solutions regarding Career.zycto's services, platform features, and application processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to proactive customer communication initiatives and feedback loops to improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role (1+ years)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong empathy and active listening abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications
