Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate new leads for property sales and rental listings within the Sheffield area.
  • Conduct property valuations, market appraisals, and provide expert advice to clients on market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a compelling presentation of properties to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiate offers and secure sales/lettings agreements, effectively liaising between all parties involved.
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date client database (CRM) with detailed records of communications and activities.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong, trusting relationships with clients throughout the entire process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through various channels, including online portals and social media.
  • Stay informed about local property market conditions, competitor activities, and relevant legislative changes.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to a positive and productive office environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property sales or lettings in the UK market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales/leasing targets and building a strong client base.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sheffield property market, including residential sales and rentals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other property management systems.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ARLA Propertymark, NAEA Propertymark).
  • Existing network of contacts within the Sheffield property market.
  • Experience with specific property software platforms such as Reapit, Alto, or DezRez.
  • Demonstrable experience in both sales and lettings.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
