Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and inspect fresh fish upon arrival to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Perform scaling, gutting, filleting, and portioning of various fish species with precision and efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols (HACCP standards).
  • Operate and maintain basic fish processing tools and equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
  • Properly dispose of fish waste and offal according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
