Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and responding proactively to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, lounge, and service areas.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and manage end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for various shifts or events.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or lounge setting.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
