Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members regarding logistics status and issues.

- Prepare comprehensive logistics reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize inventory and shipment processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
