Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming merchandise against purchase orders for accuracy and damages.
- Efficiently unpack, price, and organize stock in the designated storage areas and on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe stockroom environment, adhering to all company safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
- Assist in preparing merchandise for promotions, sales events, and seasonal displays.
- Support the sales team by promptly replenishing stock on the sales floor as needed.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or expired products to management.
- Operate basic stockroom equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks if applicable).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory, security, and operations.

- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 kg regularly.
