Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer our Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user enrollment, and content updates.
- Provide technical and administrative support to learners and facilitators, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of remote learning sessions, webinars, and virtual workshops.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to ensure all learning materials are up-to-date, accessible, and engaging.
- Monitor learner progress and engagement, generating reports and insights to inform program improvements.
- Facilitate effective communication between learners, instructors, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for remote learning processes and best practices.
- Assist in the onboarding of new learners, providing orientations and technical guidance.
- Gather and analyse feedback from learners and instructors to continually enhance the remote learning experience.
- Support the promotion and marketing of remote learning programs as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to online learning platforms
- Experience in coordinating educational programs or training initiatives
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation in a remote work setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
