Key Responsibilities

- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with enthusiasm.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale systems after training.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully, adhering to service standards.
- Monitor guest tables for their needs, refilling drinks, and clearing dishes as appropriate.
- Respond to guest inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, including table setup and cleaning.
