Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Helper to join our team in Bairro Patrice Lumumba, Macia. This role is crucial for fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students within our educational initiatives. As a Teaching Assistant Helper, you will work closely with dedicated teachers and experienced community educators to facilitate daily classroom activities, providing invaluable individual and small-group support to students who may need extra encouragement or clarification. Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in preparing diverse classroom materials, learning aids, and visual resources.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students requiring additional assistance with learning concepts or tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and transitions, ensuring their safety and engagement.
- Support the implementation of educational games, interactive learning sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist in monitoring student progress, observing behavioral patterns, and reporting key observations to teachers.
- Facilitate positive communication and harmonious interaction among students, promoting teamwork and respect.
- Help ensure the overall safety and well-being of all students under supervision.
- Participate in community outreach efforts and parent engagement activities as required to foster home-school connections.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to classroom management and student record-keeping.
