Job Description

Career.zycto is on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Business Development Assistant to join our growing team. As a Remote Business Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential client relationships, conducting market research to pinpoint emerging opportunities, and supporting our senior Business Development Managers in closing deals. You’ll be instrumental in the initial stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to the preparation of compelling proposals. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and target client segments.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels including online research, social media, and industry databases.
  • Initiate outbound communication (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) to prospective clients to introduce Career.zycto’s services.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and presentations for Senior Business Development Managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to ongoing sales strategy discussions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective online research and lead generation.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
