Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate data within CRM and applicant tracking systems.
  • Assist in the administration and configuration of digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Microsoft Teams).
  • Document and update operational procedures and process flows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Generate reports and analytics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to various departments, troubleshooting minor digital issues.
  • Coordinate digital asset management, ensuring files are organized and accessible.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of new technologies and digital tools to enhance workflow.

Required Skills
