Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports under supervision.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze financial data from various sources to support budget activities.
  • Monitor departmental expenditures against approved budgets and identify variances.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by senior analysts or management.
  • Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather budget-related information and clarify discrepancies.
  • Learn and apply financial modeling techniques and budgeting software tools.
  • Support the annual budget cycle, including data entry and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the budgeting and financial analysis functions.
