- Provide constructive feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding audience engagement, content performance, and emerging trends.
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment, reporting on key insights and contributing to reputation management efforts.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and webinars by offering a brand perspective and contributing to content development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in brand advocacy and digital marketing.
- Train and mentor new brand advocates or community members as the team expands.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or public relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate brand messages clearly and engagingly.
